Streaming down cautions everyone to have their goals be in things that will truly make their lives fulfilling and full of joy.
For me, those priorities almost all have to do with intimacy and relationship. i prefer a rich sensorial life over one is which I spend the bulk of my time in my head or in abstract pursuits.
What you think, feel and do is what you become? So why not think life affirming thoughts, feel joy, and share intimately?

Streaming Down 4/26/89
Everybody’s running chasing rainbows that do promise
They’ll be wealthy one day (streaming down)
There is something vital that happens to get
Buried when one goes reaching so high (streaming down)
Holding my child we look to the sea and
He whispers to me, “carry me please”
He laughs as we run, as warm as the sun,
His joy refreshes my day
So pure is his laughter and play
Life is so simple when you listen to your heart and
Follow its plea (streaming down)
Too many hearts like turtles protecting themselves
They cut off what they actually feel (streaming down)
Say tonight I can love, with desire I will love
Run with me in the light, feel the warmth from the sun
Bringing delight
Feel the warmth running free
Let yourself feel the care the child does feel
Feel the sunlight come streaming down
Take a nice little walk
Take a nice little run
Why don’t we have a talk?
Bask in the sun
Feel the calm come streaming down
