Involved in a long standing on again off again relationship a man wonders how to proceed. He worries that if he stays too patient the intensity and passion needed for the relationship to survive may just die away.

Fond memories have him persevere and not give up hope. The reality of what they've shared is what keeps the fire alive.

On the other hand he realizes he must stay guarded for her indecisive nature has caused him great pain in the past. Yet, now he can feel her drawing away as her mind must too be filled with doubts and confusion. He senses this in the uncomfortableness that fills the spaces of their time together.

So, he'll just dance on and be there for and with her. Hoping that his care, love and devotion will help her see how good he is for her. While remaining cautious he will not hide the passion and care he has for her. He will let her always see that he wants her heart.
