Joy is more about attitude than aptitude. The art of living is often dominated by energy and having a healthy and realistic perspective. Sadness and joy are not opposites for both can produce tears filled with deep and vibrant emotion. The bittersweet memories of lost love can often have us recognize the beauty of human experience. Sadness and longing are at the heart of much of the music we most long to hear and the movies which most move our hearts.

Yet, those of us who approach each day with optimism and vitality and who seek to maximize the moment find joy and meaning in most everything we say, think and do. Ambrosia is a song dedicated to the playful spirit that lives inside all of us.
